Attaching more than 1 document to Spend Money

Hi Brains Trust

 

I get a lot of invoices that have backing documents to them ie landlord invoice with rates notice etc. They are both emailed to the intray, however, I can only link 1 to Spend Money. Without downloading and reuploading, or by creating a bill, is there any other way?

    Thank you for your post.

     

    When you click on the ellipsis and create a Spend Money transaction from the uploaded document in your In Tray, you do have the option to add additional documents below before recording the transaction. However, if you're looking to choose multiple documents from the uploaded ones to link or attach to a single Spend Money transaction, I'm afraid this functionality isn't currently available. 

     

    I encourage you to post your suggestions on our MYOB Business Idea Exchange board. Our developers regularly review and consider suggestions from users like you for future enhancements to our software.
