Bank Feed
We have recently started using Bank Feed, on the latest invoice I see we have been charged for using this 'excessive usage'.
Do we get charged each time we click on the Bank Feed button? I am in and out of that screen multiple times.

The charges for the bank feed threshold do not equate to the number of times you click the 'Get bank feed' button. The threshold is based on the number of transactions a bank statement has. You can read through the different thresholds for different products from this link.
