Error when catgorising bank transactions.

I am attempting to categorise my bank transactions. each time i try, i get an error message, "One or more fields exceed the maximum character limit." 

 

It doesn't matter which catgorisation I try, it continues to give me an error. I have tried changing the name to a 4 letter word, and still get the same message.

    Hi there,

     

    Can you please try clicking into the Categories (Chart of accounts), click into a bank account electronic payments are paid out of, then reduce the bank description name field (it can be a maximum of 20 characters), then click Save.

     

    This should resolve the error.
