Pay bills without transaction in bank fees
Hi,
Can you manually enter Bills/Spend Money Transactions that you have paid using personal funds and do not intend to reimburse yourself for? Will not having a transaction in your bank feed to allocate the purchase to mess up the reconciliation or reporting?
My co-business owners sometimes make small purchases which are tax deductible, so need to record them for GST reporting and EOFY. However, we would prefer to pay for these personally, rather than through the business.
So far, I have been recording these personal purchases in a separate spreadsheet. But would like to condense everything into MYOB to simplify the book keeping.
