Business Switch Not working

Hi

 

I have two companies, and today one of them has disappeared, never been an issue until today.

 

The main business log in comes up with ERROR, then switches to the second business.

 Trying to switch from here does not show the main business. The capture App also has removed access to the main Business.

When I log in to my.MYOB I can see both businesses are active and I am a online administrator. But I cannot access app.myob

Please help.

    I have also tried using a different PC, same result. Problem must be your end.

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the community forum! Since the issue just occurred recently, can you please try to switch browsers, use a private window, and clear the cache of your browser. If it will not work, kindly let us know what the error message is and if you can provide us with a screenshot, we can further investigate the issue.

      Hi Jem

      No that doesn't work. Clearing cache or using another browser. I can access one business but the main business has disappeared from the app. Screenshot attached

      If I log in to mymyob.co.nz I can see both businesses and that I am listed as the owner under online administrators of the business which I cannot access via app.myob.com

      Please can you expedite a solution. I have tried on 3 different devices using 3 different browsers. All exactly the same. This is a linking issue with serial numbers at your end.

    I have got similar problem, my business has disappeared from my file. Not sure what to do. Anybody got the same problem?

      Just sorted today, support need to toggle your login credentials to refresh. I have to raise 2x support tickets before it was resolved
