Thanks for your post. If you want to clear the leave hours available you will need to process an adjustment pay run. Make sure all amounts and hours are zeroed out, then enter the hours you want to reduce the leave by as a negative in the Leave accrual pay items. For example, if you have 100 annual leave hours available enter -100 in the Annual leave accrual pay item.
