Hi,
I would like to close my business as a company and trade as sole trader in the coming financial year.
I paid myself salary before, but no longer paid it since November by putting 0 working hours for myself.
But it won't decrease the leave hours.
How can I clear those hours for myself without paying anything?
Should I terminate myself or just leave it until my company closed? Thank you.

Thanks for your post. If you want to clear the leave hours available you will need to process an adjustment pay run. Make sure all amounts and hours are zeroed out, then enter the hours you want to reduce the leave by as a negative in the Leave accrual pay items. For example, if you have 100 annual leave hours available enter -100 in the Annual leave accrual pay item.
