ABSS Premier V30.0 not responding

Hi, 

 

Anyone encounter ABSS Premier V30.0 to be very laggy? 

Launcher taking a long time to load. Takes about 5 mins to load before being able to select data file. 

 

After selecting the data file, it is always not responding and taking a long time when trying to export to PDF.
