MYOB online invoices/statements vs desktop

I use the desktop version for day-to-day processing, but because the desktop version of 'invoices reminders' isn't working anymore, I use the online myob version to set them up. Since I set up the invoice reminders online, I also did auto statements. However, what I can't tell is what my clients are seeing. When the invoice reminders and statements are sent, is myob online using the custom templates I've created in the desktop version? Or is it using an online default template? When I look at Templates in the Sales Settings (online), it lists my custom templates but it doesn't show what's 'selected'.
When I then looked at my invoices via the online portal, it didn't know what template to use and asked me to select a template. When I chose the template I use for the desktop version, it didn''t display correctly (cut off the bottom of the invoice where the Total appears). So now I'm concerned about what my clients are seeing with Invoice Reminders (both what template it's using and whether or not it's cutting off the bottom if it's using my templates).
Is the desktop version of 'Invoice Reminders' going to be fixed? It's been a while.
