Negative item unit cost and Total Value

Hello,

 

How do i undertake an adjustment to fix a product which is oddly showing a negative value and overall negative value?

 

 

The product has 32 units in stock and is showing..

Avg Cost -$126.05 

Total value -$4033.61

 

These should be in the system for approx $31.86

    Hey DTJS,

     

    A fix script is needed to sort out the negative value issue. As this needs a bit of extra help, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, so they can run the fix for you.
