BSB account change

Just done payroll today, one of employee's bsb changed after file uploaded, why? is it MYOB error or bank's error? please help

    It's unusual for a BSB to change after a payroll file has been uploaded. This could be due to a number of reasons, and it's hard to pinpoint where the errors come from without more information. I'd recommend checking the details entered during the payroll process. If everything seems correct, it might be best to get in touch with your bank to clarify.     The problem fixed itself now, it's very odd, never came across this before.  Definitely check bank details correct before uploaded, for some reason the BSB changed on banking online.

    Just tried doing a dummy payment, no problem this time.
