Payroll Tax Report

The Payroll Tax Report is returning a N/A result when run by quarter or year.  It works fine if I run by month.  I would like to be able to run this report for the financial year so that I can reconcile properly at year end.  I had the same issue last year and posted about the issue but had no response.

I am assuming this is a software issue.

    Thanks for your post. We are currently aware of this issue, and our development team is already investigating it. I can mark your file as affected so that you'll receive a notification once we fix the issue. To do that, could you please confirm the last four digits of your serial number and Company File ID?

    Hi Sylvelinp,

     

    I get how frustrating the ongoing payroll tax report issue can be. While I can't give you an exact timeline for when it will be fixed, I've made sure your account and post are noted as affected by this issue for our records. In the meantime, you can run the report monthly, which should display correctly. Thanks for your patience.

  • I am having the same issue, although mine will not even run the month without returning a result of "N/A". I have gone through all of the troubleshooting suggestions and cannot see any issue with the data.
    It ran correctly last month, so it could only be the software update that was run this month.

    That’s a bit of a pain when the monthly results show N/A, especially when it all worked fine last month. I appreciate running through all the troubleshooting steps and the data looks spot on. I’ve flagged your account and post as affected for our records. For now, you can run the report manually each month, and it should work fine. Thanks for hanging in there!

  • Hi Shella,

    Just so you know - the monthly report is not working. I'm not sure what you mean by manually running the report, but if you are referring to using the Payroll Tax report from the reports list - this is the one that isn't working.
    Luckily, I know how to calculate this manually without needing MYOB and can do that for this month, however, it would be great if this could be given a high priority.

  • Not sure if anything was done to our system overnight, however I did the update this morning and it appears to have resolved the issue - at least for now.
