Analyse Sales [Customer] - Time Out


When we run the Analyse Sales [Customer] report nothing happens, it comes up with a time out error. This has only started occuring from about 2 weeks ago.



This report has been functioning fine until then.

    Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you try clearing your AccountRight cache to see if this helps. (If all steps on the link do not populate please refresh the window and they should appear)
