Automatically save invoices to disc

Hello

Have recently selected automatically save to disc for sales invoices under preferences.

I can't see that this is happening, or find where they are saving if they are.

Any ideas?

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. The preference will give you a dialogue box to select a location to save it, so if you are not getting that option it will not have saved.

     

    Do you have multiple log ins? The preference is not system wide so if you chose it on one username then it won't be set for all users.

    Most preferences require you to close out of the window so try saving the preference, and closing all windows then create a sale again.

    The other thing to check is there is a preference for both sales and purchases. Check that you have selected automatically save to disk under both the sales tab and purchases tab in the preferences.
