Browser Issues

Hi Users

I am using the browser for the first time and I am not sure if it’s my iPad or MYOB but I am trying to enter a recurring transaction in purchases and keep getting the following error

 

[DecimalError] Invalid argument: undefined

 

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong but it’s very frustrating as I expected to be able to utilise MYOB exactly the same way as I do using my computer at home but obviously the browser app doesn’t work the same way.  I was really hoping to travel and use just the browser but lots of things I normally do I can’t seem to do in the browser.

 

Again, it might just be me but if anyone can help as I’ve tried all the help and there is no help.

    Hey LindyMH,

     

    It's great to see you giving the browser version a go, though we can imagine how this hiccup might throw you off. The “[DecimalError] Invalid argument: undefined” happens when a recurring transaction in AccountRight has a line that's missing an account number selection. The browser version is a handy option for flexibility, but there are still a few features from the desktop version that haven’t made their way to the browser.
