Business Insights, historic data not displaying

My bookkeeper has just rolled over the old financial year.  Prior to that, using Business Insights, I could view the past 2 years trading and profitability.

Now that I have rolled over (to the year 23/24) I am seeing the following.  I am now confused and we are not in 

the year 2024 yet.

Again Historically I was able to see the previous year's data, but this is no longer available, If I want to see the current year 23/24, I need to select 'Last Year (FY2023)?

Is it possible that the bookkeeper has rolled over year 2023 and missed a year?

This seems wrong to me?  How can I see the historic data?  Any assistance gratefully received
