Client/Customer scheduling

Seeking to find a solution - We have clients where we undertake work for on a 2 year repetitive cycle.  Once an Invoice is raised in MYOB, I would like the date of the work to interface into an external software package and schedule for 2 years time.

The ability to send a reminder email to the client that work is scheduled would be fantastic.

I can manually export sales data to a spreadsheet, but this involves finding contact details and recording notes.  I am trying to streamline a manual system.

Any solutions greatly appreciated.
