Convert order to bill

We are trying to convert a purchase order to a bill. All items have been received. We have tried deleting and re-entering, then receive, then convert to bill. Error messages are on multiple logins and devices.

 

We have a message with a request ID: 8d7fbcb7-69b3-4be2-b96c-03e9f5983167

      The error message is Connection error We're sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart.

       

      I don't think that is the same error message as last week though.
