Copy a quote in AccountRight

Hello, ahve been banging my head against a wall on this one for hours...

 

I want to copy a quote I have just completed (client has specifically requested multiple versions of the quote).  Rahter than re-enter all of the data, I would rather just copy and change what I have to for the 2nd, 3rd version etc...

 

I cannot find any solution to this and I do not  wish to setup a "recurring" quote as this scenario (as all others ahve and will be) is a one off.

 

Seems like a very basic problem without an answer!  Thanks for any help available.

    That is dissapointing, I find the workaround simply that, cumbersome and inefficient.  Hopefully this feedback is constructive to you.

    Hi JMc2 

     

    AccountRight doesn't naturally have the ability to copy a sale. If that is required, the recommendation would be to use the recurring transaction feature as outlined on Changing the customer on a recorded invoice. If you did not want to use the recurring transaction in the future you would be looking at deleting it after that process - List>>Recurring Transactions>>Highlight the transaction and selecting Delete.


    In saying that, the AccountRight browser interface actually does have the ability to duplicate a quote using the Save and duplicate option.

    Being forced by MYOB to move from account edge for Mac that has had this feature for years it's a joke that account right can't copy a quote.... Thought I'd try your suggest of the browser interface but I'm told the quote is read only because it contains unsupported features and switch to account right desktop!
    What a joke!
