I'd like to ask a question, so first I set the cost of selling for the 804 items to be $100 each. However, after I recorded the transaction, suddenly my selling fee changed to $60 per transaction. which resulted in recording 3 items of 804 for a total of $180 instead of $300. can you help me to figure it out this problem?

Welcome to the Community Forum. When a sale is entered, the price field is able to be changed, so looks like it might have been entered as $60, causing the sale to be entered for $180 instead of $300.
To fix this you would first Delete the invoice then re-enter with the correct amount.
