customer deposits

Three deposits made two months ago. Now customer wants one of the orders cancelled and deposit to be transferred to one of the other orders.

    Hi

     

    The easiest way would be to find the payment you want to reallocate and delete it and reprocess to the other order 

     

    You will need to re reconcile the transaction afterwards.

     

    See if that works
