Data Fields on Packing Slips

Hi,

I don't see the field  "Item No"  available to put on the packing slips, is this correct?

    Hi mayfield

By default, the Item Packing Slip form will have a field in the table for Item Numbers.

If you are not seeing that, I recommend checking if you're using the default form and the Sales layout is Item (not Service or Professional).

    Hi,

yes, I see that on the orginal myob packing slip form the field is there,

but, we have made our own custom packing slip that we use, and I don't know why it isn't there, but how do we get it back?

we are using the Item form

    Hi mayfield

In that case, you can add it by going to - Setup > Customise Forms > Open the item packing slip form > Customise > Table layout > Show Hide > Move 'ITEM NO.' to the 'Columns in your table' side.

For a more in-depth explanation on this process see our Help Article: Personalising forms.

    Hi,

OK great.  But now I'm having trouble getting the spacing right.  The columns are difficult to move around in the table?

    Hi mayfield

You can change the column widths by clicking the line on the table and dragging the element.

Here is an example of where exactly to do that and what it should look like:
