Is there a way for clients to upload their credit card receipts to AR and these be automatically data matched/rules set up for data matching. Currently having to look up receipts uploaded in Dropbox to see what the entries are for.

Welcome to the Community Forum. Just to give me some further context into what you are wanting to do - is the credit card receipts a receipt from your clients' bank saying they made a payment to yourself?
We do have a feature that can use OCR technology, however, you would only be able to import Purchase type transactions. I can see that it would be useful for Sales as well, so I have passed your feedback to the relevant teams as a possible future enhancement.
