Deleting a stock order

Hi,

I have an old purchase order from February that was short suppllied and I want to delete it. Every time I try to delete it I get the message: "Connection Error: We're sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart"

I have restarted several times and have also closed down my entire computer and restarted it and I still get this message.

Also I have had MYOB needing to close quite a few times when I switch files - all since the new update.

Very frustrating.

    Hi Hannah,

    If you looked at the previous conversation you will see that I have already gone through those steps and the latest stage was I was asked to provide the diagnostic log, which I did, and no one has done anything to help me with this since.

    Also, can you please attach a screenshot of it?

    I already have the diagnostics that you provided and I'll look into it.

    Hi Hannah,

     

    After months of trying to delete it - it worked today - may have been the new update.
