Disconnect POS App integration

Hi

I have disconnected my MYOB integration in my POS (Lightspeed Kounta) app, but the sales are still importing into my MYOB file. I have sold the business and no longer want the sales to import. How do I disable the integration from within MYOB? or is there a way to stop it importing the sales invoices? Any suggestions are appreciaited.

    Thank you for your post. If the integration is still connected, we could inactivate the user ID that it is using to import the information.

     

    Are you able to still have access or get someone who does to run the audit report and see what user ID is being used to import the information, and as long as its not the "Administrator" ID, then you can change it to inactive to stop it from being able to send the information through.

      Thanks Samara, it is user ID (SYSTEM). Can you please fix?

        Thank you for sending that through. SYSTEM is not usually the User ID that is used by the API, so I am wondering if those log-ins are unrelated to the importing.

         

        If you could also find an example of a sale that you know has been imported, then run the Journal Security Audit report as well, and search for that sale and see if it is coming up also as (SYSTEM), or a different user ID?
