I'm trying to print out the P &L for 2019-2020 (the first year of using MYOB) and it prints out with zeros in every section, which isn't correct. I can see the correct amounts when I print a balance or account sheet up to June 2020, so I know the data is there.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
No suggestions especially if you can see transactions
You could try running the report and then reset filters once it comes up.
See if that helps
P&L shows income and expenses so there needs to be transactions to those accounts. (usually 4-XXXX and 6-XXXX accounts ) make sure that they are showind in detailed gl for that period

Thanks for responding. I worked out that the transactions had all been zeroed off for that financial year, meaning they still existed in the accounts report, but the P & L showed nothing.
