Thank you for your post.
In AccountRight once you had recorded the entry in the Purchase window. It will only close the saved bill or the recorded bill you've had entered. This will go back to the screen where you can enter a new purchases again.
Could you please try clearing your AccountRight cache and see if this still happens.

Thanks for your reply.
I cleared the cache as per the instructions but the Enter Purchases window still closes after each entry.
Also FYI, the link to the instructions you sent me only shows half the instructions but I managed to find another page where it fully loaded:

We appreciate your patience on this issue. And thank you for getting back to us and provide an update.
In the new version of MYOB The purchase window will automatically close once you enter a purchase and record it. and you will then be directed to a page where you can enter a new purchase. You must open the purchase window each time you enter a purchase. and currently there is no other way to prevent that.

Hi Celia,
The issue is that when entering a pile of bills it is time-wasting and annoying to have the window automatically close after each bill is entered. You have stated that there is no solution to this issue so it seems there is nothing else to add.

I understand how frustrating this appears to be for you. As I said in my previous post, Basically after you record a purchase, this window will automatically closed after you record it. And each time you make a new purchase you must open a new window.
