Question

Hi&nbsp; myob team,&nbsp;&nbsp;when i run&nbsp; AP and AR&nbsp; reports, it only list the due amounts in AUD currency. Can we run reports to also show the Foreign&nbsp; FX Amounts ?&nbsp;thanksG

Hi&nbsp;Gasso&nbsp;, on the receivables/payables reconciliation reports, there is an option to display in originating currency.&nbsp;

Hi Mike, thank you&nbsp; . yes i see that. but when&nbsp; you run the Aged payables-summary or Aged Payable - Detail reports, that&nbsp; FX option is not there ?&nbsp;cheersG

Correct, they were not updated to include that option. You can get much the same info using the reconciliation reports, plus a cross check on your control accounts (when run on local currency only).

As an added information to your concern in displaying reports that show Foreign FX amount, currently, all the reporting in AccountRight is based on the local currency. If you did record a transaction in a foreign currency, that is converted into the local currency. This is what's used when reporting at the current time.
