I need to be able to create an form where the GST is per UNIT even if the QTY is a multiple on every line of the form.
I have already tried the line tax column but that is the total GST for the line not the individual unit rate.

It's not currently possible to display the GST amount for individual items if there is more than one item quantity on the line item as the customised form has the field "Line tax" which computes the tax for the entire line and is therefore not able to display per unit tax component. We will post an update if something around this changes.
