How do I retrieve a deleted form?

I have deleted a form from MYOB accidentally when adding new forms... :(
How do I retrieve it? Can I retrieve it?

    Hi cambrian 

     

    Once deleted these cannot be retrieved - if you have a backup, you could restore that, export the form and import to current file.
