How do we get MYOB to default the date to "today" when converting quotes to orders and orders to invoices?

Every time a quote is converted to an order it retains the original quote date. Same for invoices to orders. Further to that if the date is not changed all new quotes orders and invoices default to the last date used not the current date. A very frustrating issue that has been a problem for 20 years and has never been addressed.

    Hi Alex74,

Thanks for raising this! MYOB does not have a direct setting to automatically default the date to today's date when converting quotes to orders or orders to invoices; instead, you need to manually change the transaction date in each new transaction. This feature has been posted on our ideas board to default the date to today when converting quotes/orders, and it’s under review for a future update. If you can chuck a vote on it through this link, that’ll help push it up the list.

    Cheers,
