I get that you're having issues with the in-tray feature in MYOB. It's definitely annoying when uploaded documents don't show up as they should. Sometimes, it might take a while for the documents to appear in the tray. If you've already tried logging out and back in and the problem still exists, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies of your browser or using a different one, then redoing the process. This action can often solve browser-related issues like this one. Feel free to start a new post again if you need further assistance.
