Documents won't Upload

Hi there, I’ve been trying to upload documents/attachments to Purchases, but they won’t upload. The pop‑up window freezes every time. This has happened several times now since last month.

    Hi accounts45,

    Thanks for flagging this, constant freezing when trying to attach documents is definitely not expected. I’d first double-check that the files are under 10MB and in the usual suspects like PDF, JPG, or PNG (those are the standard attachment types AccountRight is happy with). I’d also give your AccountRight cache a good clean-out, sometimes the cache can become cluttered and cause unexpected behaviour like this. Clearing the AccountRight Cache
