Inactive Customer Card Statement Email

When emailing statements, an Inactive Customer card's email is being used instead of current Active card. How can this be corrected?

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    My understanding is that there are two customer cards with the same information, one is active the other is not. If we send an email to the active card file the email being used is the inactive one. Generally, this does not happy since two card files are not connected to each other. May I get screenshots to point out this issue? As any additional information would be much appreciated.

      Correct; the inactive card email is filtering through to statement email list.  
       
      I have not been able to provide screen shot to attach in this forum post.  The statement default is showing the inactive card email.  
       
      Can you message me directly outside the forum? My personal email which is what I have used for MYOB and I have to swtich between this and my work email.  Can you email me at alternative email? This is very frustrating not being able to speak with someone directly.
