Do they still owe you money? As far as I know, all customers with a balance appear on the list whether active or inactive. I think you'd need to make sure their balance is zero for them to fall off the list. (If their balance is already zero, then maybe we're using different products, I'm using the desktop based one, not browser version.)

    • Hi,

They have balance , which I can see on their card, but I cannot see on the sales anymore.

I'm sure it was written off , but some reason on the card still brings balance for them , but not overdue.

Weird. And yet comes up on the statement email list too.

I'm not sure what to do here.

Hi, you can just untick them and not send them (annoying over a long period though). I was going to suggest that maybe it was written off after the end date of your statement period, and maybe once the end date is after the write off date, they'll fall off. But, because you've said this: "They have balance , which I can see on their card, but I cannot see on the sales anymore.", I'm not confident that's it.

Sorry I can't help more maybe someone else will be able to help. It might be a result of the way it was written off?

    Hi ALl,

Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. When a contact is deactivated, they won't appear on any lists of available contacts when you're entering transactions. This helps streamline the view, making it simpler to find active contacts. I've already forwarded this concern to the team handling these issues for resolution.
