Invoice price levels

Anyone else notice that set price levels are not working in online version of AccountRight?  One of my clients uses price levels and I have just done a bunch of invoices in the online version rather than the desktop because I thought it would be useful to use the record and duplicate function because most of the invoices were for the same product, however each client would most likely have a different price level.  Not only does this not work, but it was so much slower to download each invoice and then duplicate each invoice on the go.  I am aware that there is the function to use templates, but sometimes it is just quicker to do each one manually.  I had to download each invoice on this occasion because, firstly there is no function (that I can find) to bulk download, and my client requires a copy of each invoice to put on file.  At lease in the desktop version the movement from one field to another is better because you don't have to wait for each dropdown box to fully load before you have to choose it.  The desktop version you just need to put the first letter in the field and if it is at the top then you can just tab past.

    Hi cyp

You are right with what you are seeing in the browser. Price levels are one of those features that have not yet made it into the browser version. At the moment, price levels set in AccountRight desktop do not flow through to invoices entered in the browser. The browser uses the base selling price instead, so if you need those A to F price levels and quantity breaks to apply, you will need to do those invoices in the desktop app for now (even if the file is online).

You can still manage and review your custom price levels here:
    Custom price levels:  https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/inventory/customising-inventory/custom-price-levels?productview=Browser

There is also no current way to download invoices in bulk as PDFs. They need to be downloaded one by one, even though you can print or email in bulk from the desktop “Print/Email Invoices” window.

If you're keen to suggest this feature, this would be a great one to pop onto our Ideas Exchange so the product team can see how many people would use it.

    Regards,
    Genreve
