Job activity summary report

Hi Guys i have just come accross our monthly job activity summary report we do each month to track Payroll cost to each employer has dropped the wages account code 5-4002 - linked to a job name in payroll - we have done this report for over 5 years now each month and this month it no longer shows the job name linked to 54002 and hence not showing the amounts either 

if i check the account code 54002 i can see where it has stopped showing the job name i have back dated to Nov and you can see from Dec 8th onwards it drops the job name off the report - then of course it no longer show on the job activity summary report either - i have called MYOB support and no one knows why it has happened - i ran the report on the 10th Jan and it worked fine i have the print out to prove it - but something happened after 10th jan and the report has dropped the job name back to Dec - can anyone help???

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    As a first point of troubleshooting I would like to check that it's not just a display issue. (The cached information can cause some unexplained reports issues which can be resolved by forcing it to take a fresh copy of the information)

     

    Can you please try the following:

    1. Open AccountRight company file in a web browser then run the same report.

    2. Close the program, clear the AccountRight cache open the program and run the report again. 

     

    If both still does not displays the report correctly, could you respond letting me know if the date you identified of 10 January; was the file migrated or upgraded since that date? Do you still have a copy of that report for comparison? 

     

    If you send both reports by attaching them in your reply (redacting any sensitive information or alternatively as a private message) that would help in investigating.
