Job Transaction (Accrual) Report

I have create a Job transaction (Accrual) Report which I have modified to show the following columns - ID No, Date, Customer Name, Account No, Debit, Credit. I also need the job number but when I go to show/hide its not listed as an option. As a job report it seem very unusal that I am unable to list that in the report. Is this a MYOB issue or user error?

    Hi IPCQTam,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

We appreciate your patience with this matter. Regarding this, job numbers aren’t included on the show/hide as an option. Rest assured we will let you know once this is already listed on the show/hide option for the Job Transaction (Accrual) Report. For the meantime, you may see the Job number by clicking the Job on the Find Transactions window. You may have a look at this help article, account reports for other similar reports that will show the job number of the transaction.

Thanks for your response Stella, but im after a report that lists all of the sale invoices for a month and that also provides the job number they are related to. Do you know if this report exists?

      Hi IPCQTam,

      Thanks for the response.

You might want to look at Sales (Customer Detail) Report, this report displays the invoice line items, including quantity sold, for all sales to the selected customers within the period range. You may modify the columns and the job number is also included on the option from show/hide tab. You may refer to the sample screenshot I have provided below. Please note that important details are hidden in this sample.

Thanks again Shella but this report doesnt provide the account information I need, instead it has that weird item/account/activity column which is not useful. I looks like they dont have the report i need and i will have to maniplate it the data in excel.
