I have come into work today and when I either try to make a payment or receive a payment either my supplier or customer names are not coming up.  The names are in my list of cards with amounts owing etc  but no names come up when I try to make or receive a payment.  

  • Hi ke , you should check your preference settings, in case the option to choose card IDs instead of names has been selected. (Set-up, Preferences, Windows, Select cards by Card ID...)
