Paying business expenses using personal accounts is not an entirely uncommon thing to do, so there are certainly ways to record this even if it's unintentional. Users generally create a personal bank account in their ledger and record all personal account transactions from there. As to how these transactions are correctly recorded, I recommend seeking help from an accountant or financial advisor for this.
