Hi Jemma_C
This is common with larger files. Perhaps try generating for one month at a time instead of the quarter. If your file is large, perhaps consider getting it purged - search 'purge for myox' online.
Other things to try include logging out of the file, clear the AccountRight cache, then log back in. This helps resolve a number of intermittent problems.
