P&L not updating?

I'm trying to run a P&L report and some of my accounts are showing a $0 balance when there are invoices coded to those accounts for that same period (November 2023 in this case). Is there a known issue?

    I'm sorry to hear about your report not producing your needed information. Unfortunately, we will need more information to make sense of the issue. May I get you to send us screenshots of the P&L report and some of the invoices you've recorded for the same period?
