Place Customer On Credit Hold

Question

Hello,&nbsp;When a customer is placed on credit hold, MYOB previously did not allow printing of any sales dockets - delivery/picking slip for current orders in our system.&nbsp;This appears to have changed as MYOB now allows our users to print delivery and picking slips, meaning goods may be supplied to the customer prior to our staff realising they are on credit hold.&nbsp;&nbsp;How can we fix this issue.Thank youCathie.

Placing a customer on credit hold in AccountRight 2022.11 will prevent any new transactions from being recorded for the customer. Existing invoices and packing slips can still be printed for the customer, these are not prevented by a credit hold.
