Thanks for your post. In order for me to assist you further. Could you clarify with screenshots what is happening? To take a screenshot, please use a snipping tool. In Windows 10 you could use Shift+Windows Key+S.
When other programs that you have integrated with MYOB are not working as expected I would recommend getting in contact with them directly as they can get in touch with our developers to fix errors with integration in the back end of the software.
