Recording Shipping Information on Sales

Hi, 

 

I am trying to find a way to record shipping information including tracking number in the sale. The field available have pull down menus where you can add things but as we would have thousands of tracking numbers for each consigment, I am trying to find a way to be able to record this information so that we don't have to look it up manually every time a customer calls asking where their shipment is and to allow us to monitor delivery times.

 

Can anyone help?

    Hi AnaR 

    Thank you so much for your post. To add the shipping information in your sales report. In your AccountRight go to Report > Sales > sales [Item Details] > Display Report, Once the Sale Item report is open go to Insert Modify > Show Hide. 

    And all the information that you're looking for will show up and you can include it in your sale.
