Recurring Transaction POs.

Question

I’ve attempted to enter a suppliers invoice 4x via a saved recurring transactions in MYOB, but it doesn’t show up as entered on the register when saved.

If I open it in reccurring and save it without entering anything it saves to the register but as soon as I go back into it and enter the invoice details and save it again – it disappears.

Why is this happening - please help. FYI invoice date entered is always 20.06.2022 - so it's not appearing in a past date range.

Are you going into the recurring transactions list and highlighting the required transaction then selectinf use recurring?

If you go into the transaction and save it only saves to the recurrung transaction list

THe alternative is to go into new invoice then from the bottom left hand corner select use recurring and choose the invoice you want to replicate
