Recurring transactions fault

I have a weekly transfer in recurring transactions.  Frequently (and I'm talking 2 out of 3 times) it does not record.

Can someone please tell me how to ensure that it records every time?

    Hi greened,

    Thanks for your post. Could you please attempt Clearing the AccountRight Cache and then record those recurring transactions again? If the issue persists, I recommend attaching a diagnostic log as it would provide more information on why the process is failing.
