Reverse Order to Quote

Hi - we're closing down business and have a heap of quotes that have accidentally been put in as orders. Is there any way to reverse them back to quotes or is it best to just delete them as they have never eventuated into a sale?

    Hi bdsimons, 

     

    Those orders are definitely cluttering things up. You’re fine to just delete them; that’s usually cleaner than reversing. If you want your records to look spot on, you can always re‑enter them as quotes afterwards.
