Time Billing

In need of help with Time Billing.  Have never had a need to use it, but I have to invoice my customer with different rates, and different items but also need to add to each line a purchase order.

How do I add another field that can be entered into when I am processing the invoice?

    HI All,

     

    I am having the same issue about multiple Billing Rate for Employees and Customers.  It seems Timebilling only allowed one Rate for each Employee and one rate for each CustomerI.  don't know where/how to add more Billing Rate. 

    If any one can shed some lights for this issue will be hightly appreciated.

    Hi StuartHKC 

     

    When you produce set up an activity you get the choice of what rate that activity is i.e. whether to use one of the following:

    • the Employee Billing rate - set in the employee's card>>Payroll Details>>Time Billing>>Employee Billing Rate
    • the Customer's Billing rate - set in the customer's card>>Selling Details>>Customer Billing Rate
    • the Activity rate - set when generating the activity

    If you want to charge amount multiple rates you would either need to base the rate on the employee's or customer's billing rate or set up an activity for each activity rate i.e. one activity for $10 and another separate activity for $15

    Please note that Non-Hourly type activities just have one Activity rate which is set when creating the Activity.
