Time Billing

Question

Afternoon,&nbsp;Looking at invoicing our clients under the Time Billing layout, have been reading online and would like confirmation that we could just import the data to create the Time Billing invoices if we have the import template? Does this mean we do not have to worry about creating activities or anything like that? Also will MYOB automatically apply the cost per item when the import is complete based on the customer we import the invoice for? As long as we have set up these costs in MYOB prior? Ie. import date, unit, description etc but leave the rate field empty so it defaults to what is set up for that client in MYOB?&nbsp;thankyou.&nbsp;

When importing sales, we do recommend including as many fields as possible, including the price for each line. If this information is not included, the AccountRight will assume a zero value for that line. This in turn can cause importing errors around the total of the invoice being imported. Or if you would have different pricing for different clients you would need to have the information within the import file prior to importing that file. so that the information can be brought into AccountRight.&nbsp;

In this matter you don't need to create activities when your doing importing.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
