To Do List - Stock alert tab

Hello all and hopefully someone from MYOB.

Though i'd write this post as i'm 1 hour 26min into a call with MYOB on hold.

Are there known bugs with the To Do List - Stock alert tab?

I have entered about 1500+ items into inventory, done the counts etc preparing for some large orders to come through for these items.  About 400 plus items over 20 plus purchase orders.

I have started entering the sales orders, one at a time, and come accross the following issues.  (These aren;t one off but recurring)

1. Select items to order, all from 1 supplier, and receive unable to connect message.  (Internet connection is perfect)

2. Select items to order and only 5 or 6 out of 15 will appear on the purchaser order.  (These items are all on the same sales order)

3. After i've recorded the purchase order if the above items i'll reselect the missed items and then again only 5 or 6 will show up on the order.

4. The purchase order cannot be emailed without MYOB becoming non respossive.  Order has to be saved and then have to exit oout of todo list and then go into purchases to send the order.

Anyone have any tips or tricks?  Are these known unresolved issues?

Any help appreciated as i'm know 1 hour and 43 on hold

Thanks John

Hi Deathstar3 , items with a committed (order) quantity that appear on this list will not get brought across to a purchase order. This issue was acknowledged in a post from Sept 2021.

    Thanks Mike

I wonder if it will ever get resolved or be stuck in the forgotten pile with things like error 4077 etc

    Cheers John

Hi Deathstar3 , development of inventory processing in the browser is clearly the number one priority, and I suspect that these and other inventory issues will utimately be addressed, but only in the browser version. Inventory has recently been released to the browser version (but not 100% yet) and enhancements are being added that don't (yet?) appear in the desktop program (for example: Check stock quantities whilst in a transaction).
